We charge a 50% cancellation fee, if the cancellation occurs within 24-hours of the scheduled appointment time. For no-call/no-shows, a 100% fee will be charged and you will be required to pre-pay 100% of the next appointment, at the time of booking any future services. If no card is on for, or gets declined for insufficient funds, for either cancelations or no-shows, you will be required to pay any outstanding charges or fees, plus pre-pay 100% of any future bookings.
