We charge a 50% cancellation fee for any cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. If you reach out to us to reschedule within this time frame, we will waive the cancellation fee. Any no-shows will be charged 100% of the booked services and cannot re-book until fee is paid. Accepting this cancellation policy gives us permission to charge the card on file for these fees. If the card on file is declined, or there is no card on file, you will not be allowed to re-book until these fees are paid.
